Accessibility statement
Last updated: April 2026
Lovix (a service of Nexo Labs LLC) is committed to making the Lovix B2B website and related web experiences more accessible to people with disabilities, consistent with our capabilities and with applicable law. This statement explains our approach, known limitations, and how you can request assistance or report barriers.
1. Scope
This statement applies to the public marketing and authentication portions of the Lovix site at joinlovix.com (including locale-prefixed paths such as /en/ and /he/), such as the home page, legal pages, support, and sign-in. Certain authenticated dashboard and operational tools are complex, data-heavy applications; we work to improve their usability, but you may require reasonable adjustments or an alternative format for specific tasks.
The native Lovix mobile application is covered separately from this web statement; for app accessibility feedback, use the contact channel below and describe your device, OS version, and screen.
2. Reference standards and legal context
We aim to align, where practicable, with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a non-binding technical target, and to consider relevant parts of the Israeli standard SI 5568 and the accessibility expectations applicable to the services we offer in Israel, without admitting a specific level of compliance unless verified by an expert audit. Nothing in this statement is a legal opinion or a warranty of full conformance; mandatory rights under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Act, 5758-1998, and related regulations apply alongside this statement to the extent they cover our services and your situation.
Nexo Labs LLC operates the Lovix service; published company details and contact for legal matters also appear in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
3. What we are doing
We work to address accessibility in our design and development process, including semantic structure, keyboard navigation, visible focus, text alternatives for meaningful images, sufficient contrast where we control the theme, and responsive layouts. We review critical flows periodically and address reported barriers when we can reproduce them, subject to technical and resource constraints. Third-party components (e.g. maps, payment embeds) may be outside our full control; we may rely on the vendor’s accessibility or offer an alternative path when feasible.
4. Limitations and third-party content
The website may include links to external sites, documents in PDF or other formats, or content supplied by event organizers. We are not always able to guarantee the accessibility of third-party or user-generated content. If you need information from such content in an accessible form, ask us to mediate a reasonable request with the organizer or provide a summary where we can do so under our product role.
Rapid product changes, legacy screens, and browser or assistive-technology differences may result in temporary barriers. We treat serious reports with priority, but we do not commit to a specific fix date in every case.
5. Requests, complaints, and assistance
If you experience difficulty using our website or need a reasonable adjustment, please contact us at support@joinlovix.com. Include the page URL, a short description of the issue, the assistive technology or browser you use (if any), and your preferred contact method. We will acknowledge receipt in a reasonable time and, where we can, propose a workaround or a timeline for a fix. This channel does not replace any statutory complaint procedure that may be available to you (for example, through the relevant regulator), but it is our primary support route for accessibility matters.
