1. Your relationship with us

These Terms form a legally binding agreement with Nexo Labs LLC, which operates the Lovix service and brand. Lovix is not a party to the underlying commercial relationship at the physical venue; it is a software platform and intermediary between guests and Event Organizers, offered through consumer and business-facing experiences.

  • B2C mobile platform for party-goers to discover events, reserve spots, and chat.
  • B2B web platform for Event Organizers (club owners, promoters, venues) to manage events, lines, and guest lists.
  • Social discovery layer that connects Users with Event Organizers and each other.

Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and any Community Guidelines we publish.

2. Accepting the Terms

  • You can form a binding contract and agree to comply with these Terms.
  • You consent to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Community Guidelines.
  • If acting on behalf of a business, you have authority to bind the entity, which is fully responsible for activity under its Lovix account.

Keep a copy of these Terms for your records. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms for new features, product changes, or legal reasons. We will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide additional notice for material updates. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.

4. Your account

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date registration information.
  • Safeguard login credentials and notify support@joinlovix.com of unauthorized access.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under the account.
  • Understand that Lovix may suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies or create risk.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations. To delete your account email support@joinlovix.com.

5. Your use of our Services

Illegal or unauthorized use

  • Using the Services if you cannot legally agree to the Terms.
  • Engaging in unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading activity.
  • Impersonating others or creating fake accounts.
  • Trying to access accounts that are not yours.

Misuse & technical abuse

  • Using bots, scripts, or crawlers without written consent.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or deriving source code.
  • Modifying or creating derivative works without approval.
  • Selling or commercially exploiting the Platform outside permitted use.
  • Interfering with normal operations or bypassing security controls.

Harmful or prohibited content

  • Violent, hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content.
  • Threats, incitement, or self-harm promotion.
  • Sexual content involving minors or violating child protection laws.
  • Sharing private information without consent.
  • Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Uploading malware, viruses, spam, or misleading promotions.

Content or behavior that breaks these rules may be removed, and access may be restricted at our discretion.

6. Fees, commissions, and platform charges

By using Lovix as an Event Organizer or as a promoter, you agree to the fee structure below for ticket sales processed through the platform, unless we have agreed different rates with you in writing (for example, a custom commercial agreement).

Event Organizers (businesses)

Lovix charges a twelve percent (12%) platform fee on net ticket-sale proceeds attributed to your business for each settlement period. For this purpose, net proceeds means gross ticket payments we record for your events (adjusted for refunds and chargebacks as reflected in our systems) minus the amounts we record as promoter commissions on those same sales.

Promoters

When a ticket sale is attributed to your promoter link, we record a promoter commission of five percent (5%) of the ticket price for that sale. Lovix then charges a seven percent (7%) platform fee calculated only on that promoter commission (not on the full ticket price). The balance after Lovix's fee is the net amount credited toward your promoter payout, subject to minimum payout thresholds, payout schedules, and payment rails shown in the product or communicated to you.

Changes, taxes, and questions

  • We may adjust these rates or introduce fees for new capabilities. We will update these Terms and/or provide notice as described in Section 3. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
  • Stated fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or levies unless we say otherwise.
  • For questions about how amounts appear in your dashboard or payouts, contact us at support@joinlovix.com.

7. Purchases, payment processing, refunds, chargebacks, and reversals

This Section governs your payment for paid transactions offered through the Services (including, where available, event tickets, paid bookings, table fees, and similar charges). All such payments are processed for Nexo Labs LLC (as operator of the Lovix service) using an integrated payment processor, currently including Stripe, Inc. and its payment partners. The Event Organizer sets the event offer; Nexo Labs LLC, through the Platform, may collect payment, remit or allocate proceeds, and may initiate, coordinate, or record refunds, partial refunds, and reversals in accordance with this Section, the product rules, the Event Organizer’s own rules where we display or enforce them, and applicable mandatory law. This Section 7 is to be read together with Section 6 (fees and commissions) and with Section 9 (physical venue access and intermediary status).

  • Authorization. By completing a payment in the app or on the site, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes, and to use your payment and transaction data as described in the Privacy Policy and the processor’s terms.
  • No advice of tax or regulatory treatment. Stated prices and fees are not tax advice. You are responsible for your own tax reporting and for determining whether a transaction is a taxable supply in your situation.
  • Refunds and credits processed by the Platform. Where a refund, full or partial, is required or selected under the Services’ business rules (for example, cancellation or rejection of a booking, administrative correction, or a refund workflow we make available in the product), we will, where technically and commercially practicable, process the credit through the same payment path to the original payment method or, where the processor or card network requires, by another reasonable method. The time for funds to reappear in your account may depend on your card issuer, bank, weekend or holiday cutoffs, the processor’s settlement cycle, and the nature of the transaction. We do not control banking timelines; if you have not received a confirmed refund after a reasonable period, contact us at support@joinlovix.com with your booking or payment reference.
  • Event changes and cancellations by the Event Organizer. If an Event Organizer cancels, reschedules, or materially alters an event, your remedies—whether a refund, credit, rebooking, or other relief—are primarily determined by the Event Organizer’s own policy and the functionality we implement for that event, subject to mandatory consumer, distance-selling, and ticket rules that may apply to you. We may, where the product provides and to the extent we are able, facilitate automated or assisted refunds, but we are not an insurer of the event taking place, except to the limited extent mandatory law imposes a non-waivable obligation on us or on the sale.
  • User-requested changes. If you request a change or refund that is not automatically supported in the app, you must use the in-product tools or our support team. We may require verification and may reject requests that are abusive, untimely, or inconsistent with the Event Organizer’s published rules, fraud or abuse policy, or these Terms.
  • Chargebacks and payment disputes. You agree to attempt in good faith to resolve payment issues with us or with the Event Organizer (as appropriate) before initiating a card chargeback or “buyer protection” claim, when such informal resolution is reasonable. If a chargeback or similar reversal is filed, we may provide the processor and the financial institution with information about the transaction, update booking, payout, and fee records, suspend or set off access where permitted, and recover amounts incorrectly reversed. Inappropriate, repetitive, or fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in account closure or other enforcement.
  • Relationship to Section 6. Platform fees, promoter commissions, and net proceeds, including adjustments for refunds, partial refunds, and chargebacks, are as described in Section 6 and as reflected in our systems; nothing in this Section 7 rewrites the economic allocation except as processing and processor rules require.
  • Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for banking delays, processor outages, or foreign-exchange differences that affect the timing or amount of a credit to your account; our aggregate liability for payment and refund issues remains subject to the limitations in Section 13 (Limitation of liability).
  • Mandatory law. If the laws of your place of residence or the place of payment include rights that cannot be contractually limited (including certain cooling-off, disclosure, or refund rights for consumers), those provisions prevail over inconsistent language in this Section 7 in the required scope; the rest remains in full force to the maximum extent permitted.

Lovix content

Software, code, designs, interfaces, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and visuals belong to or are licensed by Lovix and are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Limited, revocable license to use the Services for personal or legitimate business purposes when following these Terms.
  • No copying, distributing, public display, or trademark usage without written consent.

User content

User Content includes any text, media, event information, chat messages, or profile data you share.

  • You retain ownership but grant Lovix a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to host, use, reproduce, display, and adapt the content to operate and improve the Services.
  • You must have the rights to the content you share. We may remove content that violates these Terms or law.

8. Chat rooms, social features & communication

Event chat rooms, group discussions, and private messages help users connect. Treat participants respectfully, do not share others’ private information, and understand that Lovix may review communications for safety, moderation, or legal reasons where permitted.

9. Physical venue access, on-site experience, and our intermediary role

Lovix provides software that helps Users discover, reserve, and interact with events and Event Organizers. We do not own or operate physical venues, act as a doorman, or provide on-site security. Physical admission, line management, and what happens at the door or inside the venue are the sole responsibility of the Event Organizer and the venue operator. Lovix and Nexo Labs LLC act only as a technology intermediary between you and those third parties, except as mandatory law may require otherwise.

  • Lovix is a technology platform and marketplace intermediary, not a party to your right to enter or remain at a physical location. The Event Organizer and venue operator (not Lovix) control real-world access, capacity, and safety.
  • The Event Organizer and venue operator are solely responsible for on-site access and enforcement, including identity checks, age rules, security, health and safety, dress codes, conduct rules, and removal from the premises.
  • A reservation, ticket, RSVP, guest list entry, or similar record in the Services is not, by itself, a guarantee of admission if the Event Organizer, venue, or law requires other proof, payment, or conditions at entry.
  • Disagreements and claims about physical entry, on-site treatment, or conditions at a venue are between the User and the Event Organizer, venue, and (where applicable) public authorities, not with Lovix or Nexo Labs LLC, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • Lovix may display or forward event, venue, and on-site information supplied by others; the Event Organizer remains responsible for its accuracy in the real world at the time of the event.

10. Event Organizer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business and event details, including contact information.
  • Remain responsible for actions of employees, contractors, or team members using the account.
  • Use User data solely for legitimate event-related purposes and comply with privacy laws.
  • Never sell or misuse User data acquired via Lovix.
  • Comply with all applicable laws related to events, venues, safety, and privacy.

11. Safety, moderation, and enforcement

We may take the following actions without prior notice to protect users, Event Organizers, or the platform:

  • Remove or limit access to content.
  • Restrict or suspend features.
  • Suspend or terminate user or organizer accounts.
  • Take legal or technical steps to protect the Platform.
  • Work with law enforcement when required or to prevent harm.

12. Disclaimers

  • Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
  • We are not responsible for whether events occur as described or for the conduct of Users or Event Organizers.
  • Lovix is a platform and not a party to agreements between Users and Event Organizers for venue, admission, or on-site experience.
  • Lovix and Nexo Labs LLC do not control physical venues, door policies, on-site services, or venue staff. Those are solely the responsibility of the Event Organizer and the venue operator.

13. Limitation of liability

  • Lovix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • No liability for lost profits, revenue, business, or data.
  • We are not responsible for damages caused by other users or event attendance decisions.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for claims or losses related to on-site or venue access, physical conditions at a venue, or conduct of the Event Organizer, venue, or their staff, including refusal of entry or removal.
  • Aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid Lovix (if any) in the 12 months before the claim or incident giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lovix, Nexo Labs LLC, and their affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Services.
  • Your User Content.
  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
  • Your interactions with Users or Event Organizers, including on-site or venue-related disputes in which you are involved as a customer or user of the Services.
  • Payment, refund, and chargeback-related claims connected to your transactions through the Services, except to the extent mandatory law cannot limit indemnity.

15. Termination

  • Lovix may suspend or terminate access if you violate Terms, create risk, or if we discontinue the Services.
  • You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time.
  • Provisions covering intellectual property, liability, indemnity, and governing law survive termination.

16. Governing law & disputes

Unless required otherwise by mandatory law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, with disputes resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv. You consent to their jurisdiction.

17. Changes to the Services

We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services without liability. We appreciate feedback to keep improving.
