Cancel or reject a booking

Handle inventory conflicts or policy issues while keeping guests informed.

Organizers can decline or cancel reservations when tables are no longer available or guests break house rules.

Typical flow

  1. Go to Bookings and open the reservation row.
  2. Choose the action that matches your policy (reject pending, cancel confirmed, etc.).
  3. Add an internal note if your team tracks reasons-guests may receive automatic status updates.
