When a guest payment fails
How bookings show failed charges and what you can do as the organizer.
Failed payments appear in Bookings with the relevant status. Guests can often retry from their app.
Playbook
- Filter Bookings by payment status to isolate failed attempts.
- Message the guest through your usual channel and ask them to retry checkout in the Lovix app.
- If failures repeat, escalate to support with timestamps so we can trace gateway responses.
