Successful payment unlocks the subscription features tied to your plan. You may still need to finish profile steps before publishing live events.

Recommended next steps

  1. Open the confirmation screen link or return to Sign in and log in with the email you used at checkout.
  2. Complete any remaining onboarding checklist items (logo, address, payout preferences).
  3. Create a test event or invite a teammate so you can validate notifications end to end.

If payment succeeded but access looks wrong, email support@joinlovix.com with your workspace name and Stripe session ID from the receipt.
