Join requests between promoters and businesses

Freelancers request access; owners approve or decline from the Promoters area.

This workflow keeps random promoters from attaching to your brand without consent.

Owner actions

  1. Open Promoters and review the Pending requests tab.
  2. Inspect the freelancer profile, past events, and notes from your team.
  3. Approve to grant tracked-link privileges or decline with a short reason.

Promoter actions

  1. Search for the business inside Discover (or use an invite email) and tap Request to join.
  2. Wait for approval notification-once accepted, your dashboard lists the business events you can promote.
