Reset a forgotten password
Use the Forgot password flow from the sign-in page to receive a code and choose a new password.
If you cannot sign in, Lovix can email you a verification code so you can set a new password without exposing the old one.
What to do
- On the Sign in page, click Forgot your password? (or similar).
- Enter the email tied to your partner account and request the reset code.
- Open the email, copy the code into the form, then choose a new password that meets the complexity rules.
- Sign in with the new password-your role and workspace stay the same.
If email never arrives, check spam and confirm you used the same address you registered with.
