Reset a forgotten password

Use the Forgot password flow from the sign-in page to receive a code and choose a new password.

If you cannot sign in, Lovix can email you a verification code so you can set a new password without exposing the old one.

What to do

  1. On the Sign in page, click Forgot your password? (or similar).
  2. Enter the email tied to your partner account and request the reset code.
  3. Open the email, copy the code into the form, then choose a new password that meets the complexity rules.
  4. Sign in with the new password-your role and workspace stay the same.

If email never arrives, check spam and confirm you used the same address you registered with.
